Referral Policy

The Referral Program is designed to encourage and reward users who invite their friends, family, or colleagues to join and engage with our platform. By participating in this program, users agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

  1. The referral program is open to all registered and verified users of the platform.
  2. Referrers must have an active and good-standing account at the time of earning rewards. Accounts under review, suspended, or terminated for any reason will not be eligible to participate.
  3. Participation in the referral program is free of charge. No purchase is necessary to join or refer.
  4. Employees, affiliates, or partners of the platform may participate unless explicitly restricted, but any abuse of internal privileges for referrals will lead to disqualification.

2. Unique Referral Code

  1. Upon registration, every user will be assigned a unique referral code or link.
  2. This code can be shared with friends, family, colleagues, or acquaintances via email, social media, instant messaging, or other communication channels.
  3. Referral codes are strictly non-transferable and cannot be sold, auctioned, or exchanged for money or other items of value.

3. Reward for Referrer

  1. The referrer earns 10 points for every successful referral.
  2. A referral is deemed “successful” only when the referred individual:
  3. Signs up using the referral code.
  4. Completes the minimum required action as determined by the platform (such as completing registration, making their first purchase, or filling out their profile).
  5. Points are credited to the referrer’s account within 48–72 hours after the successful completion of the required action.
  6. Rewards cannot be transferred to another user’s account.

4. Reward for Referee

  1. The referred user (referee) will receive 5 bonus points as a welcome reward.
  2. The referee must enter the referral code at the time of registration to qualify. Referral rewards cannot be applied retroactively.
  3. If the referee fails to use the referral code, no bonus points will be credited to either the referee or referrer.

5. Maximum Referrals and Limits

  1. There is no restriction on the number of individuals a user can refer.
  2. However, to ensure fairness and prevent misuse, the maximum number of reward points a user can earn in a month is capped at 500 points.
  3. Any referrals beyond this limit will still be accepted, but additional points will not be credited until the following month.

6. Redeeming Points

  1. Referral points can be redeemed for discounts, exclusive offers, vouchers, gift cards, or other platform-specific benefits.
  2. Users must accumulate a minimum of 100 points before redeeming.
  3. Redemption options may vary depending on availability, promotional offers, or partnership arrangements at the time.
  4. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

7. Expiration of Points

  1. All earned points are valid for 6 months from the date they are credited.
  2. Points that are not redeemed within the validity period will automatically expire and cannot be reinstated.
  3. The platform is not liable for expired, unused, or forfeited points.

8. Fraud Prevention and Misuse

  1. Users are strictly prohibited from creating multiple or fake accounts to exploit the referral program.
  2. Self-referrals (using one’s own referral code for creating duplicate accounts) are strictly prohibited.
  3. Fraudulent activities, including but not limited to spam referrals, unauthorized sharing of referral codes on coupon websites, or using bots/scripts for mass referrals, will result in immediate suspension of referral benefits and may lead to permanent account termination.
  4. The platform reserves the right to investigate and audit referral activities to ensure compliance.

9. Transparency and Tracking

  1. Users can monitor their referral history, earned points, and redemption status under the “My Rewards” section of their account dashboard.
  2. All transactions related to referrals will be updated in real-time or within 48–72 hours, depending on the system.
  3. In case of discrepancies, users must contact customer support within 7 business days to raise concerns.

10. Confidentiality and Privacy

  1. Users must respect the privacy of their contacts when sharing referral codes.
  2. The platform will not share, disclose, or misuse personal information obtained through the referral process.
  3. Referees must voluntarily register using the referral code; unsolicited or spammy referral invitations are strictly prohibited.

11. Program Modifications

  1. The platform reserves the full right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
  2. Significant changes, such as reward adjustments or new redemption options, will be communicated to users via email, platform notifications, or official announcements.
  3. Any referral rewards earned before the modification or termination of the program will remain valid unless otherwise stated.

12. Limitation of Liability

  1. The platform is not responsible for technical errors, outages, or issues beyond its control that may impact referral tracking or reward redemption.
  2. In no event shall the platform be liable for lost rewards, indirect damages, or consequences resulting from participation in the referral program.

13. Acceptance of Terms

  1. By participating in the referral program, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
  2. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification from the referral program and possible suspension of account privileges.
